Ingredients of Crackers of seeds without flour made in air fryer – air fryer

  • 1 egg white.
  • 30 grams pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • 30 grams of almond flour
  • 30 grams sesame
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Preparation of Crackers of seeds without flour made in air fryer – air fryer

  1. Put the egg white with a little salt in a bowl and beat
  2. add the almond flour, the sesame seeds, the pumpkin and sunflower seeds and mix everything
  3. We put a baking paper on the counter and put the dough in the middle of the paper (then we will close it) in a uniform layer
  4. we close the paper and with a roller we knead spreading it all
  5. then we remove the top part of the paper with scissors and put all the dough (along with the top part) on the grid of our air fryer and program
  6. 12 minutes / 160ºC
  7. we take out, return the paper from the oven once it is tempered
  8. and we break into pieces
