Recipe of our friend and collaborator Luz Maria Lagoa. A barbecue croquettes that the boys have made.

With chicken wings that we had marinated to the barbecue and to complete, choricitos. They have been super delicious. Good job guys 👏

Barbecue croquetas ingredients with Thermomix

00 gr with barbecue chicken (already without skin or bones)
2 roasted sausages
250 gr onions (in pieces)
80 ml olive oil
1’200 ml milk
200 gr flour
2 pinches white pepper
2 nutry pinches
1 teaspoon of salt
OTHERS
Slope Eggs (to reboce)
Breadcrumbs (to batter)
Sunflower oil (for frying)

Preparation of barbecue croquettes with Thermomix

Skin without skin or bones and sausages to the glass, 7 sec, V-5, we remove a bowl.
Onion to pieces and oil to the glass, we crush, 4 sec, V-5.
We remove the cubilete and place the basket in place, sauté, 8 min, 120 °, V-1.
We throw the flour, sauté, 5 min, 120 °, V-2. Base remains towards blades and saute again, 5 min, 120 °, V-2.
We add the milk, spices and salt, 15 min, 100 °, V-4.
Then, we put the sting with 3 min, 120 °, V-2.
We turn the dough to a fountain and cover with skin film (in contact with the dough, so as not to generate crust)
When it cools, we will take it to the fridge for a few hours

Formed and frying

We lite the croquettes with the help of some spoon, we pass them through breadcrumbs, egg and again through the breadcrumbs.
We are depositing them on a tray.
We heat abundant oil, when it is hot, we are fringing them in batches, we are leaving them on paper paper.
6 dozens come out with these amounts.
We can freeze them and so we are pulling them.
