    • Salt

    • ½ teaspoon garlic paste or garlic powder
    • 10 grams of lime juice
    • salt and pepper
    • 1 red onion

    • 200 grams of smoked salmon
    • 25 grams of mustard (Dijon)
    • 5 grams of white wine vinegar
    • 10 grams of honey
    • 15 grams of virgin olive oil
    • 15 grams of orange juice
    • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon dill

      1. The first layer of our jars starts with a smooth and creamy mixture. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, fresh cream, garlic paste and dill. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors. Mix for 8 seconds counterclockwise at speed 3. Delight your palate with this delicious base!

      1. The second layer presents the richness and freshness of the avocado. Chop the avocados, add garlic paste, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped red onion.
