Apple Vichyssoise ingredients with Thermomix
300 grams leeks (only the white part)
500 ml. of water
3 golden apples (green apples)
4 tablespoons light olive oil
250ml (1 glass) evaporated milk
Salt to taste
ground white pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste (optional)
Preparation of Apple Vichyssoise with Thermomix
In the glass of the Thermomix add only the white part of the leek cut into small pieces, program.

Then add the 4 tablespoons of olive oil, cover well and program
