Ingredients of apple cake with Thermomix
150 grams of soft butter
3 green apples
3 eggs
150 grams of sugar
200 grams of flour for pastry
15 grams chemical yeast powder
A pinch of salt.
Preparation of apple cake with Thermomix
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel the apples and remove the center of them.
Cut into very thin sheets, in thin slices (1 or 1.5 mm).
Peel and slice the apples at the last moment as they oxidize and look bad in contact with the air.
You can prevent apples from browning by placing them in a bowl filled to the brim with water and adding a few drops of lemon juice.
And before using it for the recipe, drain and dry well.
In the glass of the thermomix, add the butter, the eggs, the sugar, the flour, the chemical powdered yeast, the salt and program.
30 seconds/ Speed 5.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured bowl. If you have a mold, unmold it will be much better.
And finally place the apple slices on the surface of the biscuit mixture.
Another option can be baking in individual molds, baking with the same procedure.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Or until golden.
To know if it is ready, insert a toothpick or knife into the center of the cake and if it comes out dry, it is cooked.
Remove it from the oven, let it rest and cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
Serve, cutting into pieces and sprinkle a little icing sugar and cinnamon on the surface and on the plate, it will be amazing.
Also, it goes perfectly with a serving of vanilla ice cream.
