Ingredients
2 large apples peeled, seeded and diced
130 grams of rolled oats
105 grams of nuts (the ones you like the most)
560 grams of oat milk
22 grams of brown sugar
Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Half a teaspoon of ground turmeric
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Add the nuts to the glass and program to
speed 5/4 seconds.
Reservation.
Add the apple to the glass and program
speed 5/2 seconds.
The remains that have remained on the walls of the glass, lower them with a spatula.
Then add the turmeric, sugar and cinnamon. Put the robot to work
