Ingredients
5 sprigs of parsley
250 g pineapple
½ tablespoon (coffee size) turmeric powder
1 pinch of black pepper
10 grams of coconut or extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
We start by washing the parsley branches, remove the leaves and let them dry well for a few minutes.
Discard the stems.
Then, place the clean and dry parsley leaves in the Thermomix bowl together with the pineapple, turmeric, black pepper, and oil, program.
1 minute / Progressive speed 5-7-10.
Once everything is crushed it will be ready. For a lump-free consistency, pass the juice through a strainer.
