Ingredients

  • 170 grams of water
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha tea
  • 150 grams of pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 20 grams of tender spinach leaves
  • 1 splash of lemon juice
  • saccharin or Stevia

Preparation

  1. to start we put the glass the water and heat
  2. 2 minutes / 90º C / speed 1
  3. add the matcha tea and mix
  4. 15 seconds / speed 5
  5. add the pineapple, banana, spinach, and lemon juice and blend
  6. 1 minute / progressive speed 8-10.
  7. add powdered saccharin or stevia and beat
  8. 15 seconds / speed 3.
