552 grams of bread flour
172 grams of milk
1 beaten egg
4 eggs
77 grams of sugar
26 grams of pressed yeast
1 teaspoon salt
122 grams of butter
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the butter, sugar and milk to the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 2 / 37º / 2 minutes.
Then add the eggs and yeast. Program a
speed 4/5 seconds.
The next step will be to add half the flour and start the robot at
speed 6/15 seconds.
Then add the salt and the rest of the flour. Program a
spike speed / 3 minutes.
Let the dough rest for about 45 minutes.
Then, take the dough out of the glass and, on a surface with flour, shape it into a cylinder and cut it into pieces.
Give those pieces a ball shape and see placing these balls on a baking tray, lined with greaseproof paper.
Paint the balls with the beaten egg and let them rest for another 45 minutes.
Put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 5 minutes at 250º.
