3 aubergines
150 grams of Serrano ham
200 grams of fresh mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon of salt
500 grams of water
1 clove garlic
25 grams of olive oil
300 grams of canned tomato
1 teaspoon dried oregano
5 fresh basil leaves
Preparation
To begin the preparation of this wonderful recipe for Eggplant Rolls with Ham with Thermomix, you must grease the container and the Varoma tray with olive oil, reserve for a few minutes.
Then cut the aubergines to 3-5 mm thick, so that there are not too thin or too thick slices to handle.
