Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Let’s start at the bottom. For that, soften and chop the butter. Add it to the glass with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Then program
speed 4/2 seconds.
Then add the eggs, yeast, and flour. Program a
speed 4/2 minutes.
Take about 2/3 of the content of the glass and spread that dough on a baking tray, previously lined with greaseproof paper. Reservation.
To the glass, where 1/3 of the mass is, add the cocoa and program to
speed 4/45 seconds.
The contents of the glass distribute it on the other mass of the tray and on that it distributes the drained cherries. Make them slightly inserted into the dough.
Put this tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 45 minutes at 180º.
When it’s done, take it out of the oven and let it sit for about 2 hours.
Now you have to elaborate the coverage. To do this, dissolve the custard preparation in about 7 tablespoons of milk. When it is, add it to the glass, previously clean, to which you will also add the sugar and the rest of the milk. Program a
speed 2 / 90º / 12 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass into a bowl or bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for an hour and a half.
Then add the butter to the glass and put the robot to work.
speed 3/2 minutes.
Then reprogram to
speed 3/3 minutes.
Next, add the custard mixture and stir everything well. The result throws it on the cake and distribute it appropriately.
Put the cake back in the fridge and leave it for two hours.
Wash and dry the glass.
Pour the glaze ingredients into the glass and program to
speed 1 / 60º / 8 minutes.
Let it cool a bit and then put it on the cake, which you will have to put it back in the fridge for another half hour.
