The combination of juicy steak with a aromatic herb and garlic butter makes every bite a festival of flavor. And the best: it is prepared in less than 30 minutes.

🧈 4 tablespoons of softened butter
🧄 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
🌿 2 teaspoons of fresh parsley chopped
🌿 1 teaspoon fresh chives chopped
🌿 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
🌿 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
🥩 1 bone-in pork chop
🧂 Salt to taste
🌑 Freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a small bowl mix the soft butter with garlic and fresh herbs.
Place it on a piece of plastic wrap, form a log and roll it tightly.
Close the ends like candy and refrigerate for 20 minutes until it hardens.
Season the chop on both sides with salt and pepper. salt and freshly ground pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Place the steak in the basket and cook 12 to 14 minutesturning halfway through.
👉 Adjust the time according to the thickness and cooking point you prefer.
Remove the chop and place a slice of cold herb butterwhich will melt on the hot meat, providing an irresistible aroma.
For one more touch intenseadd lemon zest to the butter. 🍋
If you don’t have fresh herbs, you can use dried ones (but reduce the amount by half).
Accompany with some french fries in air fryerfresh salad or roasted vegetables. 🥗🥔
