Ingredients
- To be able to cook this mojo verde you will need the following products:
- 60 grams of chopped green pepper.
- 30 grams of coriander.
- 250 grams of olive oil.
- 15 grams of water.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 15 grams of sherry vinegar.
- Salt and cumin to taste.
Instructions
- Once you have all these ingredients in the kitchen, follow these instructions:
- Peel the garlic and cut into pieces. Add the peppers, garlic, chopped coriander, salt, cumin, vinegar and water to the food processor. Program the turbo option only once.
- Use a spatula to scrape down the remains that are left on the walls of the mixing bowl and set it back to the turbo option.
- Then add the olive oil and programme the Thermomix on speed 8 / 15 seconds.
And that’s it. Now you have your mojo verde ready, which is ideal to accompany any type of fish.
