52 grams of milk
502 grams of flour
32 grams of peeled sunflower seeds
10 grams of fresh yeast
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
302 grams of water
2 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of salt

Preparation of sliced bread with air fryer – air fryer

Once you have all these products in the kitchen, follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in a splash of water and together with a pinch of sugar. Cover the mixture and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
On the other hand, in a bowl add the flour. Make a hole in the middle of this pile and in it go adding the other ingredients that we have not used, except for the sunflower seeds. Then do the same with the yeast mixture.
