1 large potato peeled and grated
2 zucchini peeled and grated
Chopped parsley
2 large peeled garlic
3 tablespoons of potato starch
Salt and ground pepper to taste
82 grams of breadcrumbs
Olive oil
chopped thyme
Lemon zest

Preparation of zucchini and potato meatballs with air fryer – airfryer

At the moment you gather all these products, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put the garlic and oil in a pan so that they brown. Then add the potato, zucchini, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and let them fry over medium heat.
Then lower the heat and let it stay on it for about 15 minutes.
Once it cools, add the starch, breadcrumbs and lemon zest to the mixture.
With the resulting mass, make meatballs and again pass them through breadcrumbs.
Preheat fryer to
200º / 4 minutes.
Put parchment paper in the fryer basket and put the meatballs there. program to
200º / 4 minutes.
Then, shake the basket and reprogram to
200º / 3 minutes.
