Quick Nougat Flan with thermomix

Loading... (No Ratings Yet)Loading...Recipe from our friend and collaborator Luz Maria Lagoa. Recycling with nougats, we present you a quick nougat flan, super delicious and, best of all, made in a simple and very practical way.
Ideal for not wasting anything and succeeding with dessert.
A traditional sweet reinvented, creamy and easy, perfect for any occasion and with all the flavor of soft nougat.
INGREDIENTS
🥛 1 liter and 400 ml of milk
🌰 450 g soft almond nougat
📦 4 envelopes of Potax flan (about 128 g)
🍂 150 g of brown sugar (if the preparation does not contain sugar)
🍮 Liquid candy (necessary amount)
1 Put the nougat in the glass and chop it for 5 seconds at speed 6, until it is well crumbled.
2 Add the milk, flan envelopes and brown sugar (if applicable). Mix 20 seconds at speed 5.
3 Program 10 minutes, Varoma temperature and speed 2, until the mixture is homogeneous and thickens.
4 Caramelize the glasses, pour the hot flan, let it cool to room temperature and refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours before serving.
