- Don’t you have a mango? Test with raspberries, blueberries, grenade or even a homemade red fruit coulis. The acid is luxurious with the softness of cheese.
- If you can’t find Ricotta, you can use very well drained cheese. But eye: the final texture will be a bit more granulosa.
