6 egg yolks
105 grams of coffee
155 grams of white chocolate
A splash of rum
25 soletillas
22 grams of milk
505 grams of mascarpone cheese
a pinch of salt

When you have all these ingredients, follow the steps we indicate:
Add about 140 grams of chocolate and program to
speed 8 / 8 seconds.
Then, add the milk and program to
speed 2 / 37º / 2 minutes.
Let it cool and then put the butterfly on the blades.
Now, while you are pouring the cheese and milk into the mouthpiece, make the Thermomix work without time to
speed 3.
When everything is well mixed, pour the contents of the glass into a bowl and put it in the refrigerator.
Wash and dry the glass and add the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Mount them to
speed 4/6 minutes.
Take the bowl out of the refrigerator and add the egg whites little by little. She stirs everything with a spatula until well mixed.
Now it’s time to assemble the tiramisu.
To do this, dip half of the soletillas in the coffee and rum and then place them as the base of the dessert on a platter. Pour a little of the mixture over them. Next, you will place the other half of the dipped soletillas and then add the rest of the mixture. Grate the rest of the chocolate and pour it on top.
