Ingredients of Werther’s Originals candy panna cota with thermomix

250 grams Whether’s Original candies (50 units)
10 gelatin sheets
100 grams of liquid caramel.
500 grams of milk.
500 grams of cream at least 30% fat.

Preparation of Werther’s Originals candy panna cota with thermomix

To start, hydrate the gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water.
We put the candies, the cream and the milk in our thermomix glass and program
8 minutes / 90º / speed 2
We add the gelatin that we had draining and mix everything
10 seconds / speed 3
In several glasses we put a little liquid caramel in the bottom of the glass and we put the liquid from our panna cotta on top, we put another little liquid caramel on top to taste
Let it cool in the refrigerator for 6 hours before consuming.
