Recipe from our friend Luz Maria Lagoa. If you want to give another touch to your creams. For a pistachio pastry cream, add a proportion of it.

To obtain a pistachio Buttercrem
For a cream cheese with pistachios
A pistachio whipped cream.
For brioche doughs, sponge cakes, etc.
To combine it in your favorite cheese cake.

Endless ideas. Combine it however you like, in a very easy way from your home.
(for approximately 200 gr)

Conthermomix Pistachio Cream Ingredients

100 gr pistachios (peeled naturally)
100 gr white chocolate

Preparation of pistachio cream withthermomix

Chocolate in the glass, 6 seconds / speed 8, set aside and reserve
We place the pistachios in the glass, 12 seconds / speed 10, we lower the remains to the bottom
We program 20 seconds / speed 7, we lower remains to the bottom.
Again we program 15 seconds / speed 5, add the reserved chocolate around the blades, and program 2 minutes / 50° / speed 3.
We pour it into a container and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until it is useful. (it will generate greater consistency)
If we have leftovers after grinding it, store it in the refrigerator.
When we want to use it again, just heat it in the microwave for a few seconds so that its texture is more fluid.
