Sweet chili sauce with thermomix
With this recipe we can make 2 liters of sweet chili sauce with thermomix, Asian style in less than 10 minutes
Ideal for many asian style dishes and for lovers of spicy

Sweet chili sauce ingredients with thermomix
- 8 pieces of chilies of your choice
- 12 garlic cloves, peeled
- 50 grams of ginger
- 8 pieces of limes
- 25 grams of salt
- 720 grams of water
- 450 grams of erythritol (sugar substitute with 0 calories)
- 300 grams of apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 8 grams of xanthan gum
- Sterilized bottles with screw cap.
Preparation of sweet chili sauce with thermomix
- we start by removing the stems from the chiles, and cut the chiles into pieces, clean the garlic cloves and peel the ginger and cut it into pieces
- We put the garlic, the chilies and the ginger in our Thermomix bowl and program
- 16 seconds / speed 6
- with a spatula we lower the remains of the walls
- We add the rest of the ingredients and of the 300 grams of vinegar we put 270 grams and we reserve 30 grams for later and we program
- 20 minutes / 100ºC / reverse spin
- We lower the temperature to 95ºC and with the lid open we cook
- 5 minutes / reverse spin
- at the end we season to taste
- We mix the xanthan gum with the apple cider vinegar that we had left
- 1 minute / 98ºC / speed 4 / reverse rotation
- the sauce will start to thicken as it cools, if it gets too thick you can add a little more water
- our sauce will be ready and we only have to fill the boats or bottles
