Spinach, apple and kiwi green smoothie with Thermomix
Ingredients (for 2 glasses)
- 🥬 1 large handful of fresh spinach
- 🍎 1 apple (green or crisp red), seeded
- 🥝 2 kiwis, peeled
- 💧 250 ml cold water (or coconut water / mild apple juice)
- 🍋 Juice of ½ lemon (optional, provides freshness)
- 🍯 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 🧊 3–4 ice cubes (optional, ideal in summer)
Previous preparation
Wash the spinach well and dry it slightly. Peel the kiwis and chop the apple to make mashing easier.
If you want a very cold and refreshing smoothie, have the ingredients in the refrigerator beforehand.
Step-by-step preparation in Thermomix
1.Wash the spinach well and chop the apple. Put all the ingredients in the glass.
2.Blend for 1 minute/speed 10 until you obtain a homogeneous smoothie.
3.If you want it finer, program 30 more seconds / speed 10.
4.Taste and adjust: add more water if you prefer it liquid or more lemon if you like it fresher.
5.Serve immediately and enjoy cold 🥤
