Ingredients for Spinach and Ricotta Canneloni
405 grams of fresh baby spinach
252 grams of ricotta
16 tubes of cannelloni
2 onions peeled and cut in half
Salt and ground pepper to taste
3 large garlic
A splash of olive oil
Grated cheese
For the bechamel:

A pinch of nutmeg

Preparation of Spinach and Ricotta Canneloni
Ready to start the recipe? Take note of the steps I give you:
Add the peeled garlic and onions to the food processor’s glass. Program to
speed 5/5 seconds.
In a frying pan, add the oil as well as the onions and garlic. Sauté them and, when they are done, add the spinach. When they are ready, pour the contents of the pan into the glass of the food processor with the chopped ricotta. Program to
speed 3 / reverse spin / 10 seconds.
Next, fill the cannelloni with the resulting mixture. Booking.
