2 portions of cheeses of 15 grams
30 grams of old sheep cheese
50 grams of butter
25 grams of sugar
1 egg
20 tartlets

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place the butter to melt in the thermomix glass, program.

Once the programmed time has elapsed, add the portions of cheese together with the old sheep cheese, as well as the sugar, and the egg, program.

Once everything is well mixed, pour the mixture into a pastry bag and fill the tartlets.
