105 grams of semolina
62 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
3 egg yolks
Cinnamon powder to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 liter of milk

Now, put on the apron and follow these steps that I indicate:
Pour the sugar into the robot’s glass and program
speed 10/10 seconds.
Add the yolks and program
speed 6 / 2 minutes.
Using a spatula, scrape the remains down the sides of the glass.
Add the milk and semolina. Start the robot
speed 3 / reverse rotation / 90º / 10 minutes.
The next step will be to add the butter and vanilla extract. Program to
speed 4 / reverse spin / 10 seconds.
Divide the contents of the glass between the bowls where you are going to serve the custard, sprinkle cinnamon on top and put said containers in the refrigerator. At least, they should remain there for three hours before serving them.
