400 grams of potatoes
200 grams of fish broth
210 grams of peeled prawns
210 grams of cooked mussels without shell
7 anchovies
1 bay leaf
2 or 3 garlic
100 grams of onion
50 grams of olive oil
Chopped parsley to taste
100 grams of white wine
100 grams of cream
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices not too thick. Go placing them in the Varoma.
Add the peeled garlic and onion to the glass of the robot. Program a
speed 5/3 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and add the oil. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 7 minutes.
Add the broth and wine. Program a
progressive speed 5-10 / 25 seconds.
Then, pour the bay leaf and the cream into the glass while you place the Varoma in the robot. Put the Thermomix to work
speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 25 minutes.
In the previous step, when there are about 6 minutes to go, add the prawns.
The only thing left to do is plate it, also adding the mussels, anchovies and parsley.
