Ingredients of salmon pate with thermomix
For the pate:
1 or 2 slices of smoked salmon
1 can of tuna,natural(without oil)
5 tablespoons of fresh cheese beaten 0%
For the oatmeal bread:
1 tablespoon and a half of oat bran
1 tablespoon whole wheat bran
a teaspoon of yeast
1 tablespoon of fresh beaten cheese 0%
an egg white
Preparation of salmon pate with thermomix
Place the slices of smoked salmon in the Thermomix bowl,next to the can of drained tuna and the spoonfuls of fresh beaten cheese,program.

It is not necessary to add salt because the fresh cheese is already slightly salty.
Once the mixture of salmon,tuna and fresh cheese is finished,remove it from the Thermomix bowl,place it in a container and cover with transparent plastic wrap to prevent a hard layer from forming on the surface.Reserve in the refrigerator.
Then,and again in the glass of the thermomix,previously washed and dried,add the tablespoons of oat bran,wheat bran,and yeast together with the tablespoon of beaten fresh cheese and the egg white,program.

Add this mixture to a square,microwave-safe pan and microwave for 4 minutes(this would be the easiest and fastest way to cook).
Another way is cooking in a conventional oven,the estimated time of 10–12 minutes at 180°C.
Important,you must take into account the cooking intensity of your ovens,the cooking time will depend on this,the ideal is to be vigilant so that they do not burn.
