One of the most exquisite dishes of Thai cuisine is the Pad Thai. It is a stir-fry that is believed to be of Chinese origin, easy to prepare and has become a symbol of Thai gastronomy.

Ingredients
- 500 grams of peeled shrimp
- 1 liter of water.
- 4 courgettes.
- 250 grams of noodles or noodles
- 1 clove of garlic.
- A pinch of ginger.
- 70 grams of almond butter
- Pepper and salt.
- A little bit of fish stock.
- 120 grams of soy sauce.
- For the garnish:
- 2 spring onions cut into slices
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Instructions
- Once you have these products in the kitchen, it's time to start preparing the exquisite Pad Thai with which you will surprise your guests:
- Use the Varoma accessory of the Thermomix to, at speed 3, have water boiling for about ten minutes.
- Then it is time to add the prawns, the cut zucchini and then the noodles, previously cooked.
- They will be kept cooking for about twelve minutes at speed 4.
- The next step will be to add the above-mentioned ingredients to the Thermomix, throwing away the water used, and proceeding to pour in together with the previous ones what is the ginger and the chopped garlic. Give it speed 7 for about three seconds so that everything mixes properly.
- Then add the rest of the products you have, except for the soya, and they should be mixed about two minutes, more or less, at speed 3 and about 90 º C.
- The Pad Thai will be ready. All that is left to do is to add the corresponding soy sauce and accompany it with the garnish.
