120 grams offlour.
100 grams ofsugar.
1 tablespoon ofmatalauva.
60 grams of olive oil.
800 grams ofmilk.
Cinnamon.
200 grams of water.
Zest of half a lemon.
Preparation of Porridge Recipe with the Thermomix
Once you have managed to gather all these ingredients,it is time to make the porridge by following these simple steps:
The first thing to do is proceed to pour the matalauva and the oil into the Thermomix bowl.
will be scheduled tospeed 1,varoma,for about 5 minutes.After that time,the result will be filtered.
Then the flour will be added to the glass to proceed to obtain its golden brown.
To do this,the robot will be programmed tospeed 2 and temperature 100ºfor another 5 minutes.
Next,the rest of the ingredients will be added,except for the cinnamon.
The Thermomix will be put tospeed 4 and temperature 90o for 10 minutes.
After that time,it will be checked as it is and it will be programmed again at speed 4 and temperature 100ºfor about four minutes.
Finally,what will remain is to serve the porridge in the different bowls.It will be thrown over youcinnamon powderand,if desired,also smallbread croutons.
