Ingredients
1 Kilo of natural pineapple cut into cubes.
1 kilo of raw prawns.
150 grams of chives.
75 grams of red pepper.
2 tablespoons of sea salt or coarse salt.
Some parsley leaves

75 grams of extra virgin olive oil.
30 grams of apple cider vinegar.
1 teaspoon salt.
500 grams of water.

Preparation
