Pajvar ingredients in the Thermomix
In order to prepare this recipe that we are now dealing with, specifically four portions of it, you should know that you need to have the following products:
800 grams of eggplants.
1 kilo of Red peppers.
60 grams of olive oil.
1 clove Garlic.
20 grams of vinegar.
Salt to taste.
Preparation of Pajvar in the Thermomix
Once you have purchased all these products, proceed to follow these instructions:
Peel the garlic and cut it into several pieces to reserve it.
Place the aubergines and peppers on a tray and place it in the oven, previously preheated to 200º. Specifically, you should keep them for about 50 minutes.
When the aforementioned time has passed, take out the tray and let those vegetables cool down. When they do, peel them and cut them into pieces.
Pour the aubergines, peppers, garlic and other ingredients into the robot glass.
Program the Thermomix to speed 6 for 1 minute.
Pour the resulting mixture into a container and put it in the fridge so that when serving the pajvar it is fresh.
