This recipe has been made by our friend Luz María Lagoa Vives. Hello comrades. I leave you here an orange cake with choco, these quantities are enough for a mold of about 20 cm in diameter, or 18 muffins like the ones you see in the images.
On this occasion I baked them in a 15 cm mold and 12 muffins.

Ingredients of Orange and chocolate cake with thermomix
260 grams wheat flour
12 grams chemical yeast (Royal type)
3 eggs (M)
180 grams sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
120 ml milk (or any other dairy)
1 whole orange (about 240 gr)
100 grams dark chocolate drops
Pinch of salt
Preparation of orange and chocolate cake with thermomix
To begin, we sift dry lis (flour and yeast), into the glass,
10 seconds / speed 8.
Set aside and reserve. We pour 1 tablespoon into a bowl and add the chocolate, stir (we will do this so that when baking, the chocolate does not go to the bottom of the mold)
Now we add the orange pieces and the oil to the glass,
10 seconds / speed 6.
Set aside and reserve
We place the butterfly on blades, add the eggs and sugar,
4 minutes / 37° / speed 3.5.
Then, same time and speed but no temperature.
We add the reserved orange and the milk,
1 minutes / speed 3.5.
We remove the butterfly and add the reserved dry ingredients,
10 sec, speed 4..
Now add the reserved chocolate.
We grease the molds.
We pour the dough and tap it lightly against the table to remove any air bubbles.
Oven preheated to 180°, heat up and down
We bake (in the case of muffins, we will need about 18 minutes), after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean.
