In order to make about 24 pieces of these sweets, you need to have the following ingredients:
500 grams of flour pastry.
200 grams of lard.
120 grams of white wine.
60 grams of sugar.
Chocolate to melt.
Sugar glass.
Half teaspoon of salt

Once you have managed to gather all those products, proceed to follow these steps:
Place the butter in the glass and program
speed 2 / 60º / 4 minutes.
Then add the flour, salt, sugar and white wine. program to
speed 6 / 20 seconds.
Then, with the glass closed, program a

Make a ball with the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Cut the dough in two, spread them with a rolling pin and make them about 1.5 centimeters thick. Then make the sweets, which will have a circular shape and transfer them to a baking tray, with the corresponding paper.
