Ingredients

1 kilo of mussels clean and without shells
200 grams of potatoes
205 grams of onion
300 grams of water
160 grams of carrot
200 grams of milk
50 grams of olive oil
200 grams of fish broth

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Place the mussels in the Varoma and this in the food processor. Then, pour the water into the robot’s glass and program
speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 15 minutes.
Remove the Varoma and reserve the water.
Now add the carrot and onion to the glass. Program a
