7 sobaos
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
Pomace cream to taste
For the cream:
4 eggs
250 grams of whipping cream
30 grams of cornstarch
200 grams of milk
145 grams of sugar
50 grams of pomace cream
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
We are going to start with the cream, so add the eggs, milk, cream, pomace cream, cornstarch and sugar to the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 4/10 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 3 / 90º / 12 minutes.
