Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 mango
- 1 lemon, peeled without the white part
- 1/2 liter of water
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 apple
- 1 carrot
- 100 grams of sugar or sweetener
Instructions
- First we wash all the fruits and vegetables very well.
- We peel the fruits, the orange, like the mango, and the carrot, the lemon, in
