- 1 orange
- 1 mango
- 1 lemon, peeled without the white part
- 1/2 liter of water
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 apple
- 1 carrot
- 100 grams of sugar or sweetener
Instructions
- First we wash all the fruits and vegetables very well.
- We peel the fruits, the orange, like the mango, and the carrot, the lemon, in
- addition to removing the skin, we will remove the white part since it would make
- our juice bitter and the apple we will leave it with the skin but we will remove
- the seeds and core
- First we are going to chop the ice cubes for which we put them in our glass and
- program 10 seconds / speed 7
- Then we put the mango, orange, lemon and carrot fruits peeled and in pieces
- together with the sugar or sweetener and crush everything: 3 minutes /
- progressive speed 8-9-10
- Add the water and mix 8 seconds / speed 3
- And we already have our juice ready, we put it in a tall glass and drink it as
