510 grams of desalted cod
110 grams of breadcrumbs from the day before
22 grams of olive oil
510 grams of water
6 walnuts
5 eggs
2 large garlic
410 grams of finely chopped potatoes
422 grams of light olive oil
Preparation of Atascaburras with Thermomix
When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Throw the crumb into the robot’s glass and program
speed 10 / 15 seconds.
Reserve it.
Put the eggs in the basket and pour the water into the glass and then cover it. In the Varoma put the potatoes.
Wrap the cod in plastic wrap and then place it on the Varoma tray. program to
speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 27 minutes.
Remove all the food from the different parts of the Varoma and the basket. Reserve everything.
Pour the water out of the glass and then add the garlic. program to
speed 10 / 4 seconds.
With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls.
Add the salt and a whole egg to the glass. Start the robot at
speed 7 / 15 seconds.
Put the butterfly and, without time, program
speed 3 ½.
In the previous step, pour the potato through the jar first and then 211 grams of the soft oil. When you have already added them, do the first with the cod jelly that has remained inside the plastic wrap and also with the breadcrumbs. Finally, add the other 211 grams of the soft oil.
