- 8 cheeses
- 450 grams of milk
- 90 grams of sugar
- 1 sachet of curd
Preparation of cheese flan with thermomix
- We prepare the molds that we will use for the flan (I use the glass yogurt cups) and caramelize them on the bottom and reserve
- We put the rest of the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl, cheeses, milk, curd envelope and sugar and program
- 10 minutes, temperature 90º, speed 4
- put the mixture in the glasses on top of the liquid caramel and let it cool
