Ingredients

2 egg whites
230 grams of ground almonds
Salt
100 grams of icing sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation

When you have all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Put the whisk in the food processor.
Add the egg whites and a little salt to the glass. Program a
speed 4/5 minutes.
During the previous step, pour through the jar, little by little, about 82 grams of icing sugar.
Remove the whisk. Add the almonds and cornstarch. Program a
speed 3/1 minute.
With the dough, make balls and place them on a tray with greaseproof paper. Flatten them a little and place the aforementioned tray in the oven, previously preheated. Keep it there for about 12 minutes at 180º.
