Ingredients
100 ml gin
400 ml of tonic
1 lemon
160g sugar
½ bunch of basil
100 ml lemon juice
Preparation
The first thing we will do is wash the lemon with very hot water
then we are going to grate the skin, overlap the yellow part and not the white part and we are going to put it in our Thermomix bowl along with the sugar
20 seconds / speed 10
With a spatula we lower all the remains stuck to the sides of our Thermomix bowl
We put 200 ml of water and program
5 minutes / 100º C / speed 2
The next thing we will do is wash the basil and dry it well by shaking it, put it in our Thermomix bowl together with the lemon juice, the Geneva and the tonic and beat
30 seconds / speed 10
We take out an ice cube mold and put our gin and tonic liquid in it and put it in the freezer for 8 hours
after this time we remove the mold from the freezer, put it under the water tap for 3 or 4 seconds and remove it
We take out the ice cubes, put them in our Thermomix bowl and program
10 seconds / speed 8
