Quick detox salad ingredients with thermomix
100 grams of peeled papaya cut into pieces and without seeds
150 grams of raw broccoli
25 grams of extra virgin olive oil
150 grams of carrot peeled and cut into pieces
The juice of one lemon
150 grams of yellow pepper and cut into pieces
4 sprigs of fresh parsley
1 teaspoon of honey
1½teaspoons Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste
30 grams of peeled pitas(seeds)of pumpkin,or nuts(optional)
Preparation of quick detox salad with thermomix
To start make sure you wash the vegetables very well and peel the carrots.
We add the broccoli,the carrots,the pepper,the sprigs of parsley and the pumpkin seeds in the glass of the thermomix to crush,program.

Then,add the papaya and crush again,program.

Then pour all the crushed vegetables into a salad bowl and add the dressing,the olive oil,the juice of one lemon,the tablespoon and a half of Dijon mustard,the tablespoon of honey,salt and freshly grated black pepper to taste.
Gently mix all the ingredients and ready you have a delicious detox salad.
Serve generously in individual portions,you can decorate with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.

You can also vary the ingredients,also adding some green vegetables that are detoxifying.
