To prepare about ten units of this product, you need to gather the following products:
250 grams of gluten free flour And make it planable.

A pinch of anise powder.

Once you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Sift the flour and then put it on a baking tray with the almonds. Then put it in the oven, previously preheated to 160º, and keep it for about 40 minutes at a medium height until it acquires a beige tone. It is essential that the tray is moved from time to time to prevent the flour from burning.
Then, remove the tray and let it cool.
