Ingredients for Chicken a la pizzaiola with thermomix

200 grams of ball cheese in pieces
30 grams of olive oil
150 grams of onion in quarters
2 garlic cloves
400 grams of canned chopped tomato (1 can)
1 teaspoon of vegetable concentrate
1 teaspoon of sugar (better baking soda)
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, or breasts.
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano

Preparation of Chicken a la pizzaiola with thermomix

Put the cheese in the glass and grate
10 seconds / speed 5
Remove to a bowl and reserve.
Put the oil, onion and garlic in the glass. chop
5 seconds / speed 5

5 minutes / 120°C / speed 1
Add the tomato, the teaspoon of stock concentrate and the sugar or baking soda.
Place the Varoma container in its position and place the chicken thighs distributed between the container and the Varoma tray.

Remove the Varoma and place the chicken in a refractory dish.
Cover with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with the reserved grated cheese and oregano.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC
Bake for
10-15 minutes /200°C
or until cheese is golden. Serve hot.
Serve with potatoes, vegetables or rice, which you can do at the same time in the varoma.
