Ingredients for cereal cake filled with milk with thermomix
BASE
200 grams of cereals +
90 grams of melted butter
FILLING
500 grams of liquid cream to mount
6 gelatin sheets
500 grams of Philadelphia cheese
300 grams of white chocolate to melt
A dash of vanilla essence
A handful of cereals.
Preparation of cereal cake filled with milk with thermomix
We take a 20cm mold, we put parchment paper on the base.
Crush the cereals and mix with butter
10 seconds / speed 5
and add it to the base mold. We will leave it in the fridge resting.
We hydrate the gelatin.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave.
Meanwhile we beat the cheese until creamy.
8 minutes / speed 4
After
1 minute / 60º C / speed 4
Add the well-drained gelatin to the thermomix glass and program again
1 minute / 60º C / speed 4
and we put it in the microwave so that it dissolves well.
Immediately afterwards, without stopping beating, add the chocolate and a splash of vanilla.
Now we semi mount the cream and add it to the previous mixture.
Once integrated, add a good handful of cereals and pour into the mold and leave in the fridge for 12 hours.
