Caviar pate ingredients with thermomix

75 gr of caviar substitute (mullet)
200 ml of cream
1 tablespoon cream cheese
3 sheets of neutral gelatin.
1 spring onion
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Salt
black pepper

Preparation of caviar pate with thermomix

to start our recipe we will hydrate the gelatin sheets in a bowl of cold water
we put the onion in pieces inside our Thermomix bowl and chop it whole, for this we program

once minced we add the salt and pepper, the cream cheese and the cream and a spoonful of its mill and we return to program
