The semolina is replaced by cauliflower and all vegetables are premium, keeping all its benefits and vitamins.

Ingredients
- 250 grams of cauliflower
- 20 mint leaves
- 100 grams of yellow peppers
- 100 grams of cucumbers
- 200 grams of tomato
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon ( juice )
- salt
- pepper
- 100 grams feta cheese
- 50 grams walnuts
Instructions
- Put 250 grams of cauliflower washed and cut into small bunches in the Thermomix and mix for 3 seconds / speed 5 . Transfer to the container already containing the cauliflower semolina.
- Add 100 grams of red onions and 20 mint leaves in the Thermomix. Mix 4 seconds / speed 5 .
- Add 100 grams of yellow peppers, 100 grams of cucumbers, 200 grams of tomatoes, 3 tablespoons of olive oil (to adjust according to taste), 1 lemon juice, 2 pinches of salt (to adjust according to taste) and 2 pinches of pepper into the Thermomix. Mix for 6 seconds / speed 4 .
- Add the contents of the Thermomix to the container containing the cauliflower semolina. Add 100 grams of diced feta cheese and 50 grams of crushed nuts to the container. Set aside for 30 minutes.
