100 grams of pork
100 grams of beef
1 egg
1 clove garlic
10 sprigs of parsley
50 grams of breadcrumbs
300 grams of potato
300 grams of canned chickpeas
300 grams of cabbage
200 grams of black sausage
200 grams of white sausage
2 thighs
1 small ham bone
100 grams of pork belly or bacon or pork foot
150 grams beef shank
1 leek
1 piece of celery
1 tablespoon of salt
2000 grams of water
150 grams of galet pasta

To begin the preparation of this stew, have all the ingredients according to your needs and ordered, this will facilitate the process and the preparation will be easier.

With the meat mixture, form balls of the size of your preference and place them in the varoma tray.

Also, add the black and white sausage (wrapped in cling film and prick the paper a little with a knife) to make it easier to cook.
Back in the glass of the thermomix, clean and dry, pour water until reaching the maximum level, place the basket, put the chicken, the ham bone and the bacon.
Also place the leek, celery and a little salt. Place the container and the varoma tray in their position and program
40 minutes / Varoma temperature / spoon speed.
At the end of the programmed time, carefully remove the varoma container and the basket, strain the broth to remove the vegetables and bones.
