Ingredients of caramel cream and thermomix biscuit
- 130g caramel sauce
- 200g biscuits
- 200g cream
- 250g mascarpone
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 100 g Quark Cheese
- 30g brighter syrup
- 1 sprig of vanilla bean
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- a pinch of ginger
- a pinch of ground cloves
Preparation of caramel cream and thermomix biscuit
- Place the speculum in the mixing container, cut
- 3 sec / speed 5
- and transfer.
- Insert the whisk attachment and add the cream
- 5 seconds at speed 3.5
- and transfer.
- Add the mascrapone, yogurt, cottage cheese, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves to the mixing bowl,
- stir until creamy for
- 30 seconds / speed 4.
- Add the cream, stir for 10 seconds / counterclockwise / level 3.
- Layer cookie crumbs, cream and gravy into glasses.
- Finish the glass with a layer of cream. Spread some cookie crumbs and the rest of the caramel sauce on it.
