Cabbage soup ingredients with thermomix

  • 500 grams of julienne cut green cabbage
  • 800 grams of chicken broth
  • 200 grams of potatoes
  • 5 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion cut in julienne
  • 30 grams of extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 grams of fried tomato
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper

Preparation of cabbage soup with thermomix

  1. To start our recipe we will put the parsley leaves in our Thermomix bowl and chop

  3. put it in a bowl and reserve
  4. without needing to wash the glass we put the garlic and crush

  6. add the onion along with the oil and program
  7. 3 minutes / 100 °C / speed 1
  8. we put the fried tomato and return to program
  9. 5 minutes / 100 °C / speed 1
  10. we add the potato that we will have peeled and cut squared, we add the cabbage, we add the broth, we add salt and pepper and we program
  11. 40 minutes / 100 °C / counterclockwise / speed 1
  12. our soup is ready, we will add some of the chopped parsley once it is served on the plate
