12 plates of lasagna
310 grams of broccoli in florets
110 grams of chopped York ham
2 garlic

32 grams of olive oil
75 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
250 grams of ricotta cheese

Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the water into the robot’s glass. In the Varoma place the broccoli and that device I put in the robot. Cover the Varoma and program
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Add salt to the broccoli and set it aside.
Remove the Varoma from the Thermomix, pour the water out of the glass and add the oil, garlic and onion. Program a
speed 5/2 seconds.
Lower the remains of the walls, with the help of a spatula, and put the robot back to work
speed 1 / 120º / 5 minutes.
Then add the ricotta cheese, walnuts, salt, pepper, cream, and Parmesan. Program a
speed 1/20 seconds.
Pour about six tablespoons of the contents of the glass over the bottom of the dish that you will use for the lasagna. Then he proceeds to put four plates of lasagna, previously prepared according to the instructions on their packaging.
